A bit late for this as I close out a very busy March. I haven't really done a great job of posting a lot of these updates but one thing I realized doing more static based content is that it doesn't really show up in RSS feeds so that was supposed to be the reason for posting them.

Still, better late than never I guess

RV Repairs

As usual the RV needed more maintenance. Only the highest quality components and construction is ever used in them.

After our last trip I realized our trailers suspension was looking a bit worn. It does have close to 20k miles on it over some fairly rough terrain (looking at you Louisiana highway system). I had the leaf springs replaced before our trip back in December but this time decided to tackle the Equalizers as well and swap out the stock system with a MORyde setup.

I also took the time to replace the AC unit which had failed on us back in December. Thankfully back then we didn't really need it but no AC in a camper is not a great situation in warmer more humid environments.

HAM Radio License

This is something I've been wanting to tackle for some time but just have been so busy I hadn't really had the time to dedicate to it but I officially got my Amateur Radio Technician's License in March. I haven't exactly decided if I will include that too heavily on this blog or not but I do plan on somehow incorporating it.

Right now I have a really basic radio setup going while I'm still learning the ins and outs of everything.

My primary and immediate goal though is to study and go get my General license so I can open up more of the HF bands to play with.
